Do you love animals and special events?  Have you considered becoming an event sponsor for Midlands Humane Society?  MHS has a variety of events, so there is surely something to interest everyone in all ages. 

For 2023, we will celebrate the following events:

  • Annual MHS Gala will be held on Friday, May 12th at the Mid-America Center. 2023 marks the 15th year for this event that truly brings people and pets together for a night to share in the joy that animals bring us!  The evening features a social hour, dinner, silent and live auctions and an animal fashion show!  The Gala is our largest fundraising event each year.
  • Wags & Wheels Car Show will be held on Sunday, August 27th at Iowa Western Community College from 12pm to 4pm. Pre-Registrations are encouraged.  If room for additional vehicles remains on the day of the event, we will accept registrations starting at 9am.  2023 will be the 6th Annual event for car enthusiasts from all over the Omaha/Council Bluffs Metro area 

Each event provides sponsors the opportunity to show their support for thousands of animals in need who arrive at our doors each year.  In return, sponsors are given recognition via a variety of methods, such as newsprint, social media, and online.

  10. How Can You Access and Correct Your Information? You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain in our database by emailing us using the contact form provided to you within the site structure of our website.

We may provide aggregate information about our customers, sales, website traffic patterns and related website information to our affiliates or reputable third parties, but this information will not include personally identifying data, except as otherwise provided in this privacy policy.

Donation Refund Policy

We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our organization please contact us. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

Ongoing support is important to enabling projects to continue their work, so we encourage donors to continue to contribute to projects over time. But if you must cancel your recurring donation, please notify us.
